Intoxicated in public

2023-2066

On September 18, 2023 an anonymous caller reported a man was passed out in a local hotel parking lot. Lillooet RCMP attended and located the man. He was woken up, he had a strong odour of alcohol on him, and had slurred speech/blood shot eyes. The man was arrested for being intoxicated in public and lodged in the Lillooet RCMP drunk tank and released when sober.

Grizzly bear concern

On September 20, 2023 a local reported an on-going concern, a Grizzly bear was trying to get through his electric fence on his property on Texas Creek. BC Conservation were contacted and attended to deal with his concerns.

Suspicious occurrence

On September 21, 2023 a woman reported while she was driving on Main street she saw a woman being followed by a man trying to grab her, the woman was yelling at the man. A Lillooet RCMP member was dispatched to the call for service, police made patrols however the unknown persons were not located.

Man sleeping on the toilet

2023-2097

On September 22, 2023 Lillooet RCMP received a report of a man passed out in the bathroom of a local gas station. Lillooet RCMP attended and located the man sleeping on the toilet with his pants down and his head down at his chest. The man was woken up, refused any medical service, and subsequently departed.

Missing person

2023-2109

On September 24, 2023 a woman reported her husband was missing for 3 days. Lillooet RCMP learned through investigating that her husband was in Kamloops at the time taking his Class 1 drivers license.

Overdue travelers

2023-2122

On September 24, 2023 Lillooet RCMP received a report late at night from a man who advised he got separated from his friends while they were 4x4ing near Mud Lake earlier in the day. The man was concerned his friends were not able to cross a water crossing with there 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. Pemberton Search and Rescue were notified. The man called back later in the night and advised his friends made it to Lillooet safely. Pemberton Search and Rescue were stood down in the morning.

Break and enter

2023-2131

On September 26, 2023 Lillooet RCMP were notified of a break and enter that had occurred at the Lillooet Tim Horton’s in the early hours of the morning. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Lillooet RCMP, please reference Lillooet RCMP file 2023-2131.

Theft of auto

2023-2192

On October 2, 2023 a woman reported her Grey 2017 Kia Optima (BC License Plate PD175T) had been stolen from her parking lot on Phair Rd. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Lillooet RCMP, please reference Lillooet RCMP file 2023-2192.
