RCMP looking to identify driver of white SUV

Prince George RCMP is looking to speak with the driver of a white SUV about an incident that occurred around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 near Galinis Avenue and Dornbrier Crescent.

We are currently investigating a report that was made where the driver of the SUV is alleged to have approached several students at a bus stop and offered to give them a ride. Investigators would like to speak with the driver to determine their exact involvement in this incident, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

The students were picked up by the school bus a short time after the incident and reported it immediately to their school administration.

The vehicle is described as a mid-size white SUV with a bird sticker in the back window. The driver was described as a South Asian man with curly black hair who was wearing a grey or blue sweater.
